Each custom pet portrait is hand-drawn with care. Please review the following before purchasing:

• Single Pet Illustration: Your purchase includes one illustration of one pet.
• Artistic Interpretation: The portrait is an artistic interpretation of the pet, and while you aim for a likeness, some details may vary from the original photo.
• Color & Display Differences: Colors may appear differently on digital screens versus the printed product due to screen calibration and printing variations.
• Approval Process: Design approval is required before additional product options are made available.
• Unframed Print: Prints come unframed unless a frame is purchased separately.
• Production & Delievery Times: Production takes normally 3-7 business days, depending on Customers approval. Custom portraits may take longer, especially around holidays.
• Shipping Note: Prints and frames may ship separately if ordered with additional items.
• Refund & Revisions: All sales are final due to the custom nature of the product. Up to two Revisions are included.

The Fine Print:
Leilani Arts retains all rights to any image created. The resulting image may be added to our website and other third-party marketplaces without any compensation to the buyer. Purchasing this product does not grant the buyer a license to use or sell the image created. We reserve the right to refund and cancel any order. This item is not eligible for return or refund.
